I just found this great software to use for meeting etc. It is a bit special compared to other meeting software as the conference (webcam) part of the meeting is very low prioritized. This is absolutely not the mail focus of the software. But to use for sharing documents webpages etc. this seems perfect. The system works as a “old fashioned” meeting where somebody is the meeting moderator and this persons decides who can present something on screen for all the meeting attendants. How to make a collage really easy
